Surf and Turf Aqua Exercise (Exerswim)

Overview

This program is geared for adults and seniors whose goal is to increase movement and flexibility to muscles and joints. This program is held in two offerings. The first hour of the program is done on dry land in a room setting, focusing on stretching exercises. The second hour is a water exercise routine focusing on various body parts and muscle joint movement for strength and flexibility. Exercises are done at the pace of the individual participant.
