A building permit is required for all new construction and for any repairs or reconstruction which alters a structure. Building permits are also required for other construction such as:

  • Accessory Buildings (sheds, garages, etc.)

  • Burglar Alarms

  • Drainfield Repairs / replacements
  • Driveways
  • Fences
  • Fire Alarms
  • Heat Pumps
  • Lawn Irrigation Systems

  • Sanitary Sewer Connections
  • Screen Enclosures
  • Septic Tanks
  • Sidewalks
  • Slabs or Patios
  • Swimming Pools
  • Tennis Courts
  • Tree Removal and Satellite Dishes
  • Water Heater Replacement
