The City of North Miami Beach maintains elevation certificates (EC) for all buildings constructed or substantially improved after 1997, that are located in a special flood hazard area (SFHA). If the building you are interested in was constructed or substantially improved after 1997, and is located in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), you may obtain a copy of the EC from the Building Division.
Please refer to our Flood Elevation Certificates Page for more information.
