To get started, take a few minutes and watch one of the videos below to learn more about our partner PublicStuff. When you're ready, click on the "Get Started" link to be transported to our Fix It NMB portal where you can either register as a new user or submit a request anonymously. All we ask is that you provide an accurate address and details regarding your issue. If you are using a smartphone app, your phone's GPS will automatically provide us with the correct address of the issue if you submit the request from that location! You can even attach a photo of the issue from either the phone app or the online portal. Registering as a user in PublicStuff is a simple process and allows our system to automatically notify you of changes to your request.
