The Highlands

A seven-story, 78,157 square foot residential apartment building consisting of 60 units on a vacant parcel of land totaling 37,582 square feet (0.85 acres) located at 13780-13810 Highland Drive, in the MU/C, Arch Creek Mixed-Use Corridor District, Transition Sub-Area. The proposed development will include a lobby/lounge, fitness gym, swimming pool, spa, and play areas within a secured landscape environment.

An 838,712 square foot, nineteen (19) story mixed-use development project on an approximately 2.82 acre lot, consisting of 415 residential units, 50,486 net square feet of office space, and 30,210 net square feet of retail space.

A 1,020,078 square foot mixed-use development project, with two, two-story commercial buildings, and one 25-story tower, on approximately 4.92 acres. The proposed mixed-use development project in the Southern Waterfront Mixed-Use district, consists of 245 residential units, 42,104 square feet of office space, and 163,496 square feet of retail space.

A 638,855 square foot, eight-story mixed-use development project on a 112,205 square foot (2.57 acres) lot, including 349 residential units and 10,985 square feet of commercial space at 2145 NE 164 ST in the Core Sub-Area of the Fulford Mixed-Use Town Center District (MU/TC), within the CRA boundary.

A 1,058,937 square foot, 32 stories/ 347 feet, two-tower multi-family residential development on two lots with a combined total 192,157 square feet (4.41 acres), consisting of 425 residential units. The residential portion, containing 425 units, is oriented towards the North and East to maximize view of the waterfront. Both towers are linked by an amenities deck, which includes a pool/spa, lounge area, and waterfront vistas. The development will offer various resident conveniences, such as a serenity trail, waterfront area, aqua club, and various children’s and activity rooms.
