The Multi-Cultural Committee was established under the provisions of Ordinance 864, 61-28, 79-20 on April 14, 1964,revised by Ordinance 1987-4, for all matters pertaining to the library facilities and program of the City of North Miami Beach.
Purpose
The Library Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council, the City Administration, the community, and all agencies and persons in the City of North Miami Beach with respect to all matters pertaining to the library facilities and program of the City of North Miami Beach.
Members
A Library Board shall consist of seven (7) members for terms of two (2) years.
