The City Manager’s Office and City Clerk’s Office accepted written input on behalf of the Committee. Input was accepted via hand delivery, mail, fax, or email. The deadline for receipt of written information to be distributed to the Charter Review Committee in advance of their initial public hearing was Noon on Friday, June 13. Thereafter, additional input was accepted until Noon on Friday, June 27 and distributed to the Charter Review Committee prior to the July 2 meeting.
All input received was provided to the Charter Review Committee and posted. The manner and frequency of doing so was determined based upon the volume and format of input received. Every effort was made to post any input received to the website as soon as it was received. At a minimum, the posting and distribution of input received took place prior to or during the June 4 CRC meeting, prior to or during the June 18 CRC meeting, and again subsequent to the deadline of June 27.
