The Redevelopment Advisory Board was established under the provisions of Ordinance No. 05-10, 09-28 on July 5, 2005 to assist on economic and redevelopment issues.
The Redevelopment Advisory Board serves as an advisory body to the Community Redevelopment Agency Board (City Commission). The duties include preparation of recommended plans and modifications for redevelopment projects in the North Miami Beach Redevelopment Area.
The Redevelopment Advisory Board is comprised of 7 members and up to 2 alternates, each serving two (2) years term.
