NMB Water Has Made it Easy to Manage Your Service

Start Service

To start your water service, contact Customer Service to set up an account and pay a deposit. You will need to provide proof of ownership or a copy of a valid lease. If you call in advance, a customer service representative will provide you with the amount of the deposit required.

Stop Service

To stop your water service, contact Customer Service with the disconnection date. After terminating your water service, NMB Water will obtain a final meter reading, credit your initial deposit to your final bill, and mail a final bill to your forwarding address. If a refund is due, a check will be included with your final bill.
