Reminder - There is a cone of silence imposed regarding this solicitation. This means that there is a prohibition on any communication regarding this request for qualification. During the cone of silence the following is prohibited: Any communication regarding this with a potential vendor, service provider, evaluation committee member, lobbyist, or consultant as well as the City’s professional staff including, but not limited to the Mayor, City Commission, the City Manager and his staff. All questions and communication regarding this RFQ should be addressed to the Procurement office.
