[ARCHIVED] Important Message from NMB Water

Important information from NMB Water

We need your help to protect our wastewater. As customers clean more frequently with bleach wipes and plastic gloves, and use toilet paper alternatives, we encourage everyone to throw these items away in the trash and not flush them. These items can cause major clogs that could lead to failures at pump systems, as well as neighborhood sewage spills.

NMB Water remains confident that our water quality will not be affected by the global Coronavirus pandemic. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has regulations with treatment requirements for public water systems, including NMB Water, that prevent pathogens such as viruses from contaminating drinking water. We are taking every precaution and working closely with our State and Federal partners to monitor all on-going developments.

NMB Water is committed to the safety of our customers and will keep everyone informed with updates as needed. To avoid the risk of exposure in public areas, our Customer Service department is available 24 hours, 7 days a week at 305-662-9283 to assist with account and service inquiries.

Remain healthy. Remain vigilant. Remain hydrated.   NMB Water will be with you every step of the way throughout this global crisis.
