Most customers have one meter. However, there are instances where you may have more than one meter, or you have multiple properties/accounts you need to keep track of.
The first step is to add another account (How do I add another meter?), and then follow these directions:
Select any meter listed in order to display its usage. If additional accounts are listed here, you can click them to make their meters available also. Once the new meter displays, you can also rename it and also set goals and alerts for it. It becomes the default display the next time you log on to the Customer Portal.
There are two ways to view older data. The simplest is to use the Previous and Next buttons under the Daily graph. However, this is not always the most efficient way to view data from previous months or years. You can also click on the Calendar icon in the upper ribbon, and select your month and date.
