    1. Description
      If you are submitting the application and a copy of the site plan via the mail or by hand delivering the documents to the Police Department, please allow 10 business days, excluding holidays, after the receipt of the application and site plan, for us to contact you regarding event approval.
    2. Approval Termination or the Closing Down of the Event
      The City of North Miami Beach or authorized representative may terminate any applicants activity when it is necessary for the safety and security of the public, for the protection of city resources, for violations of the approval rules or regulations/codes, or for not obtaining the required approval.

      In the event of an emergency or unforeseen disaster, the special event approval may be cancelled without prior notice.
